This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the rm100 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using the platform, you agree to all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of terms and conditions of use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm100 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rm100 platform. This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Rm100 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Account creation, security, and user responsibilities
To access the full suite of rm100 services, users are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the system or claim repeated bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Your full name must match your official identification document.
- A valid, active email address is required for verification.
- A registered Malaysian phone number is required during registration.
- Any changes to personal information must be reported to rm100 without delay.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password.
- Rm100 will never ask for your password via email or messaging.
- Any unauthorised activity detected on your account must be reported immediately.
- Rm100 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.
Platform usage rules and prohibited conduct
Rm100 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner. The following is a list of strictly prohibited conduct that may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical bugs.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, or unlawful.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity, security, or operability of the rm100 platform.
Rm100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment, deposit, and withdrawal information in MYR
All financial transactions on the rm100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used are legitimate and belong to them.
Deposit
Rm100 supports a variety of deposit methods including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go (TNG), and other local Malaysian banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and can be checked in your account section after logging in. Deposits are typically credited quickly, though processing times may vary depending on circumstances.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. rm100 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for financial compliance purposes. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method.
Rm100 is not liable for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers during the transaction process.
Liability limits, account policy, and intellectual property
Rm100 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rm100 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses incurred in-game.
Rm100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms breach are not entitled to any compensation.
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the rm100 platform are the exclusive property of rm100 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
The rm100 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. rm100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing external websites is done entirely at the user's own risk.
Applicable law and how to contact us
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
